Our Story
THE SAUSAGE PASSION
We have been making our authentic German Sausages for over 30 years. Our Wurstmeister's passion and experience dates back 50 years, working to perfect the Old World style recipes brought over from Germany and Austria and creating New World specialties. As you take a bite of a Gazzolo sausages, you not only taste a sausage with the highest quality ingredients and true freshness, you taste a legacy that transports you back where food was made with integrity, wholesomeness and passion.

Our Sausages
THE BEST OF THE WURST®
Our Old World Style Sausages are handmade weekly in our customized Sausage Kitchen. Our Wurstmeister creates our sausages using 4th generation European recipes. Applying the classic technique of hand boning the meat & using all natural casings; We guarantee our Sausages to be fresh, natural & delicious.
Traditional
​
Using hand selected cuts of veal & pork that are stuffed into a fine natural casing. Mildly seasoned but still delicious! Complemented with German mustard and sauerkraut. Classic varieties include Bratwurst, Bockwurst and Knockwurst.
Smoked
​
A sausage that has been prepared and cured with the use of aromatic hardwood, which is burned to produce smoke. The smoke enriches the sausage with a uniquely hearty flavor and extends the storage life of the product. We carefully smoke our Polish, Kielbasa, Knockwurst and Frankfurters in our custom crafted smokehouse
Spicy

We introduce specialty seasonings to create sausages with a flair. A unique cayenne pepper blend makes our Cajun Sausage savory. The Jalapeno Sausage is infused with fresh Jalapeno & Serrano Chilis to give it just the right kick.Our Hot Kielbasa Sausage is a wonderful combination of fresh garlic and California Chili Peppers adding a flavorful twist to this traditional smoked sausage.
